Our Refund policy is very clear, we do not encourage cancellations, as arrangements are made in advance with multiple service providers, many of whom charge non-refundable fees or impose strict cancellation deadlines. 

Refund eligibility is therefore subject to the applicable terms of the individual suppliers and the costs committed at the time of booking. The maximum refund percentage stated above should not be interpreted as a guaranteed refund in every circumstance.
